This 13-module Yoga and self-care program is a transformative road-map for all women wanting to live empowered and thriving lives that honour their cyclical reality.

Why this road map? Because it hits me time and time again when working with clients how easy it is for us women - living and trying to survive in our linear culture - to fall into the trap of taking men on at their own game and mistaking that for empowerment.

So many women live busy, career- or family-focused lives in which they rush around taking care of the needs of others, but finding little time for their own self-care.

One recent client had struggled with fertility problems and had now come to see me with:

  • Back pain
  • Debilitating menstrual symptoms as she navigated her menopause
  • A sense of being ‘lost’, stuck, drained and overwhelmed by her push-on-through lifestyle
  • A feeling of disconnection from any feminine softness or rhythm in her life

She acknowledged how she had never much liked her body and its female processes (menstruation - ‘just a nuisance’; menstrual blood - ‘yuck’) and had always over-ridden any symptoms that threatened to slow her down with gritted teeth and medication. And she had taken pride in being just as reliable, tough and successful as any man.

I totally related to her story! For me, it was two years of no menstruation and four years of infertility in my early 30s that made me realise that the linear way I was living was making me ill.

We women embody nature’s cycles. The source of our power lies here and we ignore our cyclical rhythms at our peril. From low self-esteem to breast cancer to hot flushes, our myriad ‘women’s’ problems manifest our neglect.

We urgently need to re-discover that true well-being and empowerment come for embracing our cyclical female reality as beautiful and valuable.

Our cycles are the source of our strength as women, not our weakness!

In my own 20-year healing journey, the most effective tools I have found are nurturing and empowering women-centric Yoga and Qigong, founded in the cyclical framework of the Chinese Five Elements. So I’ve spent more than a decade honing my skills here, finding out what really works and what does not.

In this program, I share what I've learned. I'll guide you step by step how to:

  • Fall back in love with yourself and your female body and its natural processes

  • Navigate the relentless demands of daily life as a woman with serenity and ease

And I won't leave you to do all the work on your own in the virtual world. I'll be there by your side all the way - with weekly group Support Calls and regular 1-2-1 Support Calls, plus an online private forum to connect with other women on the program and to ask me questions whenever you like.

When does the course start and finish?
You can start the YCW Program whenever you wish. Then the precious course materials are yours forever (Yoga, Qigong and self-care practice videos, plus all theory videos and documents). But your access to the program's weekly group support calls, monthly 1-2-1 support calls and secret Facebook forum expire after 18 weeks (as I know from experience that open-ended courses tend to never get finished ...)
Do I need to have done Yoga before and/or to be fit and flexible?
A resounding no! Our movement practice will be gentle. And I will guide you step by step and encourage you to move with self-reverence and by feeling into the shapes you make from the inside out.
